Winner of the Europe Award in Bavaria

Dr. Markus Söder, Bavarian Minister for National and European Affairs, has selected seven Bavarian schools for the new Europe Award.

The winners were: Werner-von-Siemens Grundschule in Augsburg-Hochzoll, Europa-Berufsschule Weiden, Staatl. Realschule Gräfenberg, Evangelische Realschule Ortenburg, Volksschule Karlshuld, Förderzentrum Herzogenaurach and Jack-Steinberger-Gymnasium in Bad Kissingen. Congratulations by the Europe-Portal!

Award letter from the Bayerische Staatskanzlei

On the 6th May 2008 the Förderzentrum Herzogenaurach received a letter from the Bavarian Minister for National and European Affairs, Dr. Markus Söder, MP, as follows:

„Europe Award 2008
Dear Mrs Anders,
with great pleasure I am able to announce that your school has in 2008 been chosen for the Europe Award ....“

The award was presented by Minister Dr. Markus Söder in the Förderzentrum Herzogenaurach, on the 18. July 2008.
